Our Story

Gist Catering was re-launched by Tracey Gist in 2014 as a continued legacy of her late father David E Gist Sr. In total, Gist Catering has been serving Beaver, Allegheny and surrounding PA counties for more than 40 years. Although Gist Catering specializes is soulful southern style dishes, we have the ability to adapt to the food style of your choice. We have been one of the premier caterers for Groove Productions providing soulful meals to national and local artist and their crew: Isley Brothers, Boney James, Charlie Wilson, Jill Scott, Eric Benet, KEM, and Atlantic Star just to name a few.
